All purchases are final unless the seller’s return policy states otherwise.
Buyers agree to resolve disputes directly with sellers. Live Optimistic Life may assist but is not obligated to mediate.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Live Optimistic Life does not store payment details.
Buyers agree to pay the listed price, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Sellers receive payments after deductions for platform fees, as outlined in the seller agreement.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Post false, misleading, or offensive content.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.
Violate intellectual property rights or privacy of others.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their product images and descriptions but grant Live Optimistic Life a non-exclusive license to use them for promotional purposes.

10. Governing Law
